How do I schedule an appointment?

What's your cancellation policy?
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy meaning all cancellations and changes need to be done 48-hours before your appointment. Cancellations and changes with less than 48-hours notice will automatically be charged 25% of the scheduled appointment and those with less than 24-hours notice will automatically be charged 50% of the appointment. No show appointments and day of cancellations with automatically be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment.
Will hair extensions damage my natural hair?
At Grace's House of Hair, we prioritize the health and integrity of your natural hair. When applied and cared for correctly, our hair extensions should not damage your hair. Grace uses safe and gentle application methods that won't harm your existing hair. However, it's essential to follow our maintenance guidelines diligently and schedule regular move-ups to ensure your extensions and natural hair remain in excellent condition.
Can I style and treat my hair extensions like my natural hair?
Absolutely! One of the advantages of our premium human hair extensions is that they can be treated just like your natural hair. You can style, curl, and straighten them to achieve your desired look. However, it's important to use heat protectants and follow our care recommendations to maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions. Our stylists are always available to provide styling tips and advice to help you achieve the best results.
